Description:
Over time the original foam parts inside the Atari 2600 disintegrate, become ripped or get lost, these compatible replacements have been made to closely match the original design, including the center rectangle where the foam mounts to the switches.
The thickness, fit and material type of these covers have been matched against the original OEM part as closely as possible, original parts were taken from an Atari 2600 to create a template for cutting, providing a very comparable replacement for the original part number CO10813 which is no longer made.
The foam used for these dust covers / washers is a 2mm Expanded Neoprene, professionally die cut to accurate circles, with the center having the same rectangle hole as per the original part.
Six foam dust covers are included, enough to refurbish a 4 switch or 6 switch woody variant of the Atari 2600
These are manufactured in the UK using trusted materials used for various industrial applicatons.
