This Noctua 12V 60mm fan is a popular choice for the main side cooling fan for the housing, and can be fitted like a drop in replacement with the help of a 3D printed bracket (sold seperately).
PLEASE NOTE: Being a 12V fan, the NF-A6x25 FLX cannot be run on a system that provides 5V. The original Xbox has two fans, this fan is 60mm fan is suitable as a housing shell cooling fan replacement. There is also the GPU fan, which is smaller, a 40mm Noctua fan can be used in place of the original, we sell the suitable 40mm Noctua fan in our store.

Flow Acceleration Channels
The NF-A6x25 impeller features suction side Flow Acceleration Channels. By speeding up the airflow at the crucial outer blade regions, this measure reduces suction side flow separation and thus leads to better efficiency and lower vortex noise.
Reduced motor hub size
Thanks to its streamlined, compact motor design, the NF-A6x25’s motor hub is smaller than with conventional 6cm fans. This allows for more blade surface area and thus contributes to the NF-A6x25’s superior airflow and pressure performance.
AAO frame
