Description:
This part replaces the metal rails found on the left and right side of the Switch OLED console, it is the female part that the Joy Con controllers slide into.
Please note these OLED rails are specific to the later released consoles with the OLED screen, the original switch without the OLED screen uses a slightly different part with different shaped ribbon cables, they are not cross compatible so please check before ordering.
You can use these parts to solve issues with the Joy-con controllers attaching to your Switch, such as bent rails or faulty sensors, these rails include the sensor part.
