Description:
Use this faceplate to convert a DS Lite into a Macro console. You will need to remove the top screen when doing this mod, and install the resistor to trick the console into thinking the top screen is still attached, you will also be removing the touch screen from the console. Once built you will have a non clam shell single screen handheld for playing GBA games. Please note it will not retain the DS gaming functionality.
This is injection molded rather than 3D printed, making this faceplate look like an original part and less DIY.
The faceplate comes with the 330ohm resistors and a reclaimed PSP speaker.
Please note: This faceplate is not compatible with the Obirux glass lens for Macro, the window size of this faceplate is the traditional DS Lite size, the Obirux glass requires a wider opening using a 3D printed faceplate.
