Description:
A brand new replacement glass type touch screen part for Nintendo DSi handheld consoles.
If your screen is physically cracked, will not calibrate, or will not respond to touch then its probably time to replace the touch screen digitiser.
You can also use this replacement for cosmetic reasons to remove the scratches from your bottom screen, the touch screen sits above the LCD panel acting as a kind of screen protector, these can get scratched over time making it harder to see the screen.
Please ensure that you check compatability with your console model before ordering, this part is for the smaller original DSi, it is not compatible with the larger XL model.
To install this part you will need precision screwdrivers to open the DSi, also recommended are plastic prying tools to help open the housing shell disconnect components, tweezers are also useful for inserting and removing small ribbon cables, tools are not included.
Please note that the fitting of this product will require some level of technical ability – We cannot provide support for the fitting of this part – Lots of guides and videos can be found online.
