The d-pad is machined from a single piece of high grade aluminum alloy metal and are designed to replace the traditional plastic d-pad without modification (part does require internal fitting).
Replacing the four-way directional arrow button requires you to open the controller, technical level medium, opening your controller will void it’s warranty.
