What is the Adam GBK Checkweighing Bench Scale?
The GBK, from British scale manufacturer Adam Equipment, is a fully-equipped checkweighing scale, with full numeric keypad for setting High/Low limits as well as unit weight and sample entry. This scale offers ultimate accuracy in weighing, with the 8kg capacity model offering readability as low as 0.1g.
The GBK is highly practical, with a column-mounted display meaning items for weighing will not obstruct the weight reading. Durable construction, a bright backlit display, 304-grade stainless steel top pan and sealed keypad make this scale a popular choice for demanding environments.
How to use the Adam GBK Checkweighing Bench Scale
Once you scale is assembled, turn on and you should see a zero – if not press the yellow button marked ‘0’. You can use the unit button to select your desired units.
The buttons marked ‘high lim’ and ‘low lim’ can be used to set your high and low checkweighing limits, whilst the ‘lim’ button can be used to select up to ten preset limits.
For parts counting functions, select the button marked ‘cnt’. If you need to use a container to weigh your items, place the empty container onto the weighing pan and press the tare button.
