What is the A&D FZ-iWP Approved Splashproof Precision Balance?
The FZ-iWP Approved Splashproof Precision Balance series offers high functionality at an affordable price, all without compromising performance or quality. It comes with an internal calibration function, as well as an IP65 rating which offers significant water and dust protection. FZ-iWP balances also have the added advantage of having an internal mass meaning that the scales do not need to be verified for the point of use.
The FZ-iWP comes with a wide range of features including an RS-232C interface enabling bi-directional communication with a PC, printer or other peripheral device. There is also an MLT one-touch automatic calibration, counting function, a large bright vacuum fluorescent display, and shock absorber function. It also boasts a 1 second stabilisation thanks to the C-SHS Weight Sensor.
How to use the A&D FZ-iWP Approved Splashproof Precision Balance
Begin by setting your balance up in a suitable area, then use the ‘On/Off’ key to start the instrument. Use the ‘Mode’ key to select your desired unit type, keeping in mind that users must also use this key to access the parts counting and percentage weighing functions, labelled as ‘PCS’ and ‘%’ respectively. There is also a ‘Print’ key that can be used to send data to a PC or printer.
